The Honourable Mr. Justice David Watt is a Justice of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He is the co-author (with Madam Justice Michelle Fuerst) of Tremeear's Annotated Criminal Code, author of Tremeear's Annotated Related Criminal Statutes, and Watt's Manual of Criminal Evidence.
