New Orders

If Subscriber is not completely satisfied with the product or products ordered, Subscriber may cancel the order within 30 days of the contract start date [called the “30-day Money Back Guarantee”] for a full credit.

A Subscriber may cancel a subscription between 31 and 90 days from the contract start date. The Subscriber must make the request in writing.  Credit for the product or products cancelled will be pro-rated effective the last day of that month. For example, a cancellation request dated April 19 will be credited effective April 30. 

 1 - 30 days          100% credit

31 - 60 days            75% credit

61 - 90 days            67% credit

All subscription cancellations for the period between 31 and 90 days from the contract start date are subject to an administration fee equivalent to one month service plus applicable taxes.

All requests for product credit made 91 days or later from the contract start date will not be accepted – the Subscriber shall be responsible for the payment of all invoices until the contract period has expired.

Notice shall be deemed delivered three business days after posting in the Canadian postal system, or one business day after posting by email.

Subscription Renewal

Carswell must be notified in writing of cancellations within 30 days from the contract start date under the new subscription period.

Assignment

The Subscriber may not assign, sub-license, or otherwise transfer or encumber Agreements, or any of Subscriber’s rights or obligations under Agreements, to any person except with the prior written consent of Carswell.  Carswell may assign or transfer Agreements and/or any rights or obligations to any affiliate of Carswell’s, and Carswell or such affiliate-assignee may assign or transfer Agreements and/or any rights or obligations to any third-party successor to all or substantially all of the business or assets of Carswell, in each case without the prior consent of Subscriber.
