Over the weekend of April 12-13, 2008 we have introduced the following changes to Litigator:

·          Enhanced Court Document Gallery search templates

·         A new collection of actual court documents from cases reported in Business Law Reports (B.L.R.) and Real Property Reports (R.P.R.)

New Regulations Added

We are pleased to announce that all new regulations brought into force from federal and common law jurisdictions will from now on (retroactive to Jan 1, 2008) be added automatically to the legislative collection

All these regulations will be available to LawSource subscribers as part of their subscription. Regulations that deal with the subject matter of any our specialty services will be added to the services as appropriate.

Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer que tous les nouveaux règlements fédéraux ainsi que des provinces et territoires de common law qui sont entrés en vigueur seront désormais ajoutés automatiquement à la banque de données de la législation de WestlaweCARSWELL (mesure rétroactive au 1^er janvier 2008).
