The COURT DOCS link will make it simple to search the various Court Documents on Westlaw Canada. Access to more than 90,000 actual court Pleadings, Motions, Facta, and Insolvency Filings will be just a few clicks away. More The new “Search Primary and Other Injuries” radio button offers you the choice between searching broadly through all quantum digests that include a particular injury, and limiting your search to only those quantum digests that focus on that injury as a primary injury. As a default search setting, this new feature provides all instances of the injury, notwithstanding how it may be categorized in the Personal Injury Quantum service. We have added the “By Citation” field to the CriminalSource® home page, so you can now access the document you want, instantly. See here Coming later this month, this new concordance will allow you to look up any issue related to insurance law to find the applicable provisions in the Insurance Acts of every Canadian jurisdiction. Any change to insurance legislation will be reflected in the Concordance within a week of our receiving notification of the change. The Insurance Act Concordance can be accessed by all Westlaw Canada subscribers for a temporary period on a pay-per-use basis, and will subsequently be available on subscription.     COMING SOON   Addition of Litigator Quantum Links to FamilySource®       Smart Tools             Coming soon you will be able to access the family-related Litigator Quantums directly from the FamilySource® homepage. Quantums included will be Spousal Support, Child Support, and Dependants’ Relief. We will be adding two search aids to help ensure the quality of your searches and save time. 1.   “Add Related Terms” will allow you to easily add in any search terms that you may have forgotten.  2.   “Did you Mean” will alert you to spelling errors in your search. You can then rerun your search with the correct spelling without having to navigate back to your search screens.

Ces banques comprennent notamment les dommages accordés en matière de pension alimentaire pour conjoint et pour enfant de même que pour les personnes à charge.   Des nouveaux outils intelligents       Afin de vous aider à effectuer une recherche de qualité en peu de temps, nous ajouterons deux aides à la recherche. 1.      Add Related Terms vous permettra d’ajouter facilement tout terme de recherche que vous auriez oublié de préciser.   2.     Did you Mean vous informera d’erreur orthographique dans votre recherche. Vous pourrez ensuite relancer la recherche une fois l’erreur corrigée sans avoir à retourner aux écrans de recherche précédents.
