Soon you will be able to link directly from full-text case on WestlaweCARSWELL to any court documents we have available on Litigator.

No matter which Source you or your firm subscribes to, when you look at a case or decision and we have court documents associated with that case within our Litigator Precedent collection, you will see links to those documents under the Related Info tab.

With direct access to pleadings, motions, and facta, you will see not only what happened but how it happened. This exciting new feature will be available to you in April.

Enhancement to your Law Report eDigests

As of March 26, 2007, all Law Report eDigests include a link to the PDF version of the Law Report Part. You can review and then print the full decision exactly as it appears in the law report.

Peu importe le service Source auquel vous ou votre cabinet êtes abonné, lorsque vous visualisez une décision et que nous avons des documents lui étant liés dans notre collection de précédents du service Litigator, vous pourrez accéder à ces documents à l’aide de liens qui se trouvent sous l’onglet Related Info. Avec un accès direct aux requêtes, plaidoyers et faits, vous pourrez non seulement voir ce qui s’est déroulé, mais comment cela s’est déroulé. Cette nouvelle fonction intéressante sera offerte au mois d’avril.
