The search template for Litigator’s Pleading Gallery will soon allow for precise searching of facta or briefs filed for trial-level proceedings that do not pertain to a particular motion or appeal. We undertook to resolve a discrepancy between the print and online versions of our legislative citators. In particular, a number of the citing decisions that in the print citator were listed as citing a particular subsection or clause of a legislative section, were appearing on Westlaw’s KeyCite Canada as citing the section as a whole. We are pleased to inform you that we have discovered the cause of the discrepancy, and have repaired the program so that there will not be any further occurrences of this problem.
