Group Sessions:
Demonstration-Style
These are lecture-style classes where a Learning Consultant demonstrates Westlaw Canada functionality live on a screen. These sessions are not hands-on, but they are a fast and effective way to train a large number of your staff in your own boardroom and may be your preferred starting place.
Computer Lab
If you prefer hands-on sessions and have your own in-house computer lab, then this is way to go. Each participant uses a computer while our experienced Learning Consultant guides the group through key Westlaw Canada essentials using interactive participant materials.
Telephone
Telephone training sessions are courses that quickly get you up and running with Westlaw Canada. These sessions are conducted over the phone at a place and time convenient for you or your group. Your Learning Consultant will assess your learning needs and focus on the functions and content of most interest to you.
Online with WebEx
These sessions are facilitated by one of our experienced Learning Consultants who provides live interactive training via the internet using WebEx technology. These sessions are for one-on-one or a group of users. WebEx is ideal for training users across various office locations as they can attend the same session at the same time.

One-on-One
These sessions offer hands-on training in your office at your own computer. You will be guided through your session by an experienced Learning Consultant. Use this approach to schedule individual sessions for each member of your organization, respecting their unique and busy schedules.
